JOB OPPORTUNITIES

 

CLERK
A clerk at Homemade will assist the general manager, baker and shift leaders to prepare the store for business. From preparing and arranging our fresh baked goods to organizing and cleaning our dining rooms, a clerk will follow directions from the store leaders to prepare the store to ensure an exceptional guest experience. A clerk will also interact and serve guests by filling and completing their orders using state of the art point of sale equipment. Our clerks will also get out from behind our counters and serve our guests who choose to dine-in by offering to refill their drink or bussing tables as guests leave the store.

Our clerks are immediately trained so that they can grow into a shift leader position should they desire extra responsibility and higher wages.

SHIFT LEADER
A shift leader will do everything noted above for a clerk in addition to the following:
• Complete necessary training programs and pass tests to become a shift leader.
• Demonstrate ability and desire to handle all store operational needs while managers and bakers are not in the store.
• Lead clerks when in charge of the store.
• Resolve problems.
• Be consistently known as a positive role model for other team members.
• Be very reliable with an outstanding attention to details.

BAKERS
• We’re growing and always looking for experienced, quality talent.

MANAGERS
• We’re expanding our operations and are always looking for experienced, quality leaders.
