This year we have provided dessert of over 40,000 + servings, which helps bring one of lifes simple pleasures and luxuries to those who otherwise cannot afford one. This year please help us by showing your support to these wonderful organizations that help so many in our community. Thanks from all of us at the Homemade Ice Cream and Pie Kitchen!

We provide desserts to these wonderful organizations:

Little Sisters of the Poor,

St Vincent DePaul,

Salvation Army,

Cathedral of the Assumption Daily Lunch Program,

Franciscan Shelter House,

Dare to Care and

Kentucky Harvest.
Charitable Donation Requests:

Due to our large financial commitment to the Louisville Clock 2011 & 2012 funds are fully committed, we are no longer accepting requests.

History: We are owned by a local family, Adam & Mary Lee Burckle, who are known for their contributions to our community. On a daily basis, we donate to local area food banks such as the Little Sisters of the Poor, St. Vincent DePaul, the Cathedral of the Assumption food program and more. As well they donated the historic carousel to the Louisville Zoo, headed up the restoration of the Louisville Clock and the historic Hogan's Fountain Pavilion.

All requests are run through the family foundation. Our goal as a philanthropic foundation is helping organizations that help themselves. We do welcome request though we ask that you follow the guidelines we have for donating.

For guidelines of donating please go to our Foundation website and click on Donation Requests. Only requests using the guidelines on the Foundation's website will be considered. Sorry, due to the large demand and our limited resources we are not able respond to any request via email.

We hope you understand our resources are limited, and as much as we would like to, we cannot support all requests.
